AK Employer Shield HR & Comply Right Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. provides HR management and statutory compliance services to business owners, start-ups, SMEs and mid-sized companies across Chennai and Tamil Nadu, and career advisory to the students and colleges that supply their workforce.
Why the firm exists
Owners did not start a business to become experts in provident fund filings
Employers in India carry a long list of obligations from the day the first employee joins. Most owners of small and mid-sized companies started the business to make things, serve customers and grow, not to track gratuity provisioning or the four Labour Codes.
AK Employer Shield exists to carry that load. The name says what we do: we shield the employer from compliance risk, and we take care of the people whose provident fund, insurance and gratuity depend on that compliance being done properly.
The firm is constituted as a One Person Company under the Companies Act, which keeps decision-making fast and accountability clear. The director is personally involved in every engagement.

Every engagement has a written scope and a fixed fee. If the scope changes, the fee changes only with your agreement.

Our reports and status sheets are written for the owner, not for another consultant. If a sentence needs a lawyer to explain it, we rewrite it.
No claims we cannot stand behind
We are independent of every software vendor and certification body we work with. We do not issue certificates, we do not guarantee jobs, and we do not charge candidates.

Based in Chennai, working across Tamil Nadu
Monthly compliance, HRMS support and recruitment are handled remotely with site visits where they help. Inspections, audits, training and campus programmes are attended in person.
